The NDIS, in plain language
What the NDIS is, how we can help, and what happens when you contact us.
What is the NDIS?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funds supports for eligible Australians with permanent and significant disability. Each participant has a plan that sets out their goals and the supports funded to help reach them.
For official information, visit the NDIS website.
How we can help
We provide supports that match the goals in your plan, and we work alongside your family, support coordinator, plan manager and health professionals.
Who can access our services?
We support NDIS participants across Melbourne's western suburbs. We cannot decide NDIS eligibility; that is decided by the NDIA. If you are unsure whether you are eligible, contact us and we will point you to the right information.
Self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed
We work with NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants, according to our current registration.
- NDIA-managed: the NDIA pays providers directly from your plan.
- Plan-managed: a plan manager pays providers for you.
- Self-managed: you or your nominee pay providers and claim from the NDIS.
