Can you help me?
Every participant is different. We start by understanding how you communicate, what helps you feel comfortable, and the goals you want to work towards. Then we plan support that promotes safety, independence, dignity and choice.
- Person-centred
- Support built around your goals, routines and the way you communicate.
- Consistent people
- We aim for the same small team of workers, so you are not explaining yourself every week.
- Clear communication
- You, your family and your coordinator know what is happening and who to call.
- Local to the west
- We work across Melbourne's western suburbs and know the local services.
Where do you service?
We support participants across Melbourne's western suburbs, including:
We also serve some of Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs. If your suburb is not listed, contact us and we will let you know if we can help.
How does the NDIS process work?
We work with NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants, according to our current registration.
